All the apartments include a bathroom (washbasin, bathtub), with WC, a phone, a TV, air conditioning, balcony or terrace on the ground floor and individual strongbox. Most of the apartments offer a living room with fully equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, a fridge and crockery).

Restored and completely renewed in 2003, the residence offers many comfortable services: a small outdoor swimming pool (closed in winter), a snack bar and a restaurant with terrace and pergola. The structure is split into 2 modern buildings linked by a beautiful panoramic reception made of wood and glass. Surrounded by a typical Italian garden, the residence offers well equipped apartments (for 2 or 4 people), featuring balcony or a little garden on the ground floor. Some apartments on the 4th floor of the Monteverde wing have a clear view of Saint Peter's Dome.
