Can I cancel or amend any reservations i have made?

When contacting us by telephone, please make sure that you have your reservation number to hand, or if by email, remember to make sure to quote it in the subject line of your message.

Do I need to contact the hotel beforehand to confirm my reservation?

No, we will have already updated the hotel with your reservation and special requests.
