What does the price quoted include?
The prices displayed are for the entirety of your stay for the total number of rooms selected. We do not charge you any hidden surcharges, taxes or credit card fees.
Are my card details safe when making a reservation?
Why must I enter my telephone details when making a reservation?
This is so that we have an alternative way of contacting you should there be any issues with your reservation. At no time will we use your contact details for marketing purposes or pass them on to any third parties
How will I know that my reservation has been confirmed?
You will receive an email straight after making your reservation, which will contain the voucher(s) for your hotel(s) that you will need to print and present to your hotel(s) upon check-in.
Can I cancel or amend any reservations i have made?
To cancel, please call us or send an email to [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotel for cancellations. When contacting us by telephone, please make sure that you have your reservation number to hand, or if by email, remember to make sure to quote it in the text of your message.
Do I need to contact the hotel beforehand to confirm my reservation?
No, we will have already updated the hotel with your reservation and special requests
